Terms and Conditions

By activating this offer, you agree to the following:

  1. Trip Completion: You agree to complete your Mystery Day Trip on or before July 31, 2026.
  2. Review Submission: You agree to submit an honest review of your trip no later than July 31, 2026.
  3. Newsletter Opt-in: By applying, you consent to receive Mystery Day Trips newsletters and agree that your customer account will be added to our email list. You reserve the right to unsubscribe at any time.
  4. Review Usage: You grant Mystery Day Trips the right to use any review you provide for marketing purposes on any platform, in perpetuity, without additional compensation.
  5. Follow-Up Contact: You agree to be contacted by Mystery Day Trips for follow-up questions or to discuss your trip, if deemed necessary.
  6. Terms of Service: You agree to abide by the Mystery Day Trips Terms of Service.
  7. One Trip Per New Customer: This promotion is limited to one (1) trip per household/mailing address within the Province of Ontario. Anyone who has received a promotional trip from Mystery Day Trips within the past 60 days is not eligible for this promotion. Any orders from such promotional recipients will be voided and transaction reversed/money refunded. Mystery Day Trips solely determines promotional eligibility at its discretion.
  8. First Come, First Served: This offer is available to the first 100 customers to activate and process the on-line order, while supplies last, and ends June 30, 2026, whichever comes first.
  9. Availability of Trips: There are 100 total trips available under this promotion; however, Mystery Day Trips reserves the right to limit the number of each specific trip offered based on demand and order volume. Individual trip availability may vary and may be adjusted at any time without notice.
  10. Shipping: Trips will be processed through the Mystery Day Trips online store and shipped directly to the subscriber via Canada Post on or before the deadline cut-off.
  11. Disqualification: Failure to complete the trip or submit a review by the deadline will result in disqualification from current and future promotions.
  12. Promotion Rights: Mystery Day Trips reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
